We designed our contracts to offer businesses a service they can “own”. Contracts save money over hourly charges because all support packages cover an unlimited time for the service to be completed. This means no more hourly rates unless you exceed the calls provided in the contracts (at which time a discounted hourly rate is offered). We also offer free advice, So the next time you have a question on how to do something call and we will help free of charge.
Level1 support package is a basic economy package that supports up to 5 desktops and includes 3 service calls, which can be *expanded to 8.
Level2 support package is our best seller by offering support for 10 desktops, expandable to 50, and comes with 6 service calls, *expandable to 16.
Level3 support package This is our introductory server package that supports 1 server, 10 desktops with 6 service calls, This package can be *upgraded up to 50 desktops, 20 servers, and 16 service calls.
Pro Support This is our premium support package that includes everything in our Level3 support but includes one network appliance and one network specific service call. This package can be *upgraded up to 50 desktops, 20 servers, 16 service calls, 10 network appliances and a service call for every added network appliance.
